Screen share works but my video has no sound
On YouTube or a shared demo the other side hears nothing. Because "share system audio" is a separate checkbox.
Try this first
- 1Stop the current share and start again from the same meeting.
- 2In Teams or Zoom: under screen share find "include computer sound" or "share system audio".
- 3Confirm with one participant that they hear audio before continuing.
- 4On Mac this sometimes needs an extra audio driver; watch for Zoom's prompt.
When to bring us in
Checkbox is not visible in your version? Ask us to update the Teams or Zoom app; you are probably on an old release.
