First a short scope call: what does the site need to do, which pages, what content do you deliver and what do we write. Then a design proposal, you approve, we build, you see staging, we go live. For Custom: scope call, fixed offer or day rate, milestones, support.

- What is the lead time?
- Starter two weeks from scope approval and content delivered, Business four weeks, Custom from six weeks depending on scope. Delays usually come from content delivery, not build.
- Who owns the code and the website?
- You do. By default we host and maintain, so you do not have to touch anything technical. If later you want code or hosting in your own accounts, we move it over without fuss. No lock-in.
- How does hosting work?
- By default we host and maintain the site. One contact point, no technical worries on your side. Prefer your own hosting account, that works too, you pay there.
- What if scope grows during the project?
- Honest conversation: we note the extra scope, give a price, you approve before we build. No surprises on the final invoice.
- Do you also offer design only or development only?
- Standard is both. Design-as-a-service only, or development on an existing design, runs on day rate under Custom.
