What we do

Vectel runs IT for Dutch SMBs and delivers custom software, automation and architecture advice for clients in the Netherlands and abroad. Our operation runs on automation: that keeps the team small, the work concrete, and margins healthy.

Culture

We work in defined phases with a fixed delivery cadence. Results are measurable or we don't publish them. No 80-slide decks; short working documents instead. Hybrid working from Veenendaal or remote, with clients across the Netherlands.

Who we look for

We grow deliberately, not fast. Current openings tend to cluster around:

- Senior systems engineer (Managed IT, Microsoft 365 / Azure, on-site with clients in the Veenendaal-Utrecht-Arnhem region). - Full-stack engineer (Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres) with affinity for automation pipelines. - Junior automation engineer with n8n / Make / Python experience.

Conditions

Compensation aligned with market and experience, not with negotiation pressure. Pension, travel expenses, and a laptop you choose yourself. Four-day working week counts as full-time for senior roles. No mandatory office days; on-site presence where engagements require it.
