Common questions
Do you only work in NL?
Managed IT is NL-only, we run the operation, on-site work matters. Development and Automation are international, English- or Dutch-speaking.
Do we have to use AI?
No. AI shows up where it earns its place, document classification, support triage. The rest of our work is plain code, plain configuration, plain operations.
Are you big enough for us?
We're built around automation, which is what lets a small team take on managed-IT engagements at flat rates. If we don't fit, we say so in the first meeting.
