My neck or back hurts after a day of working from home
Not an IT problem strictly speaking, but we see it a lot. The basics are simple.
Try this first
- 1Set your screen so the top edge is at eye height; stack books under it if needed.
- 2Forearms horizontal on the desk, shoulders relaxed, elbows at 90 degrees.
- 3Feet flat on the floor or on a rest, knees at 90 degrees.
- 4Stand up every hour. One meeting standing is fine.
- 5Add an external mouse and keyboard if you use a laptop; using the laptop screen and keys together is always wrong.
