My neck or back hurts after a day of working from home

Not an IT problem strictly speaking, but we see it a lot. The basics are simple.

Try this first

  1. 1Set your screen so the top edge is at eye height; stack books under it if needed.
  2. 2Forearms horizontal on the desk, shoulders relaxed, elbows at 90 degrees.
  3. 3Feet flat on the floor or on a rest, knees at 90 degrees.
  4. 4Stand up every hour. One meeting standing is fine.
  5. 5Add an external mouse and keyboard if you use a laptop; using the laptop screen and keys together is always wrong.
