Two monitors via dock will not both work
Dual-monitor via a single dock often comes down to the right port, drivers, and display mode.
Try this first
- 1Swap the two monitor cables on the dock. One port may work better than the other.
- 2Check that both monitors use HDMI or both DisplayPort; mixing often causes issues.
- 3In Windows: right-click desktop > display settings > "detect".
- 4Fully disconnect the dock (unplug USB-C), wait 10 seconds, reconnect.
- 5Update the dock driver via the manufacturer if one monitor stays black.
