Watermark, header, or footer missing on the print

Word/Excel print those sections by default, but PDF-export or a 'quick print' can drop them.

Try this first

  1. 1Word: File > Print > click 'Page Setup' at the bottom. Check 'Print background' for watermarks.
  2. 2Printing a PDF made elsewhere? Open the PDF first; is the watermark visible there? If not, the export is the issue, not the printer.
  3. 3Excel: margins under 'Page Layout > Margins' can clip headers/footers. Set to 'Narrow'.
  4. 4'Draft mode' often skips watermarks to save ink. Disable in the driver.

When to bring us in

On contracts or invoices where the watermark is legally needed, bake it into the PDF, not just the Word print. We can help standardise template work.
