Print is slightly cut off at the edges, or weirdly centred
Almost always 'fit to page' or 'shrink to fit' applied by the driver without you noticing.
Try this first
- 1At print: 'Properties' or 'Preferences' > find 'scaling' > set to 'Actual size' or '100%'.
- 2PDF in Acrobat Reader: the print dialog shows a preview. Pick 'Actual size' instead of 'Fit' to avoid cropping.
- 3Tight margins? Open in Word > Layout > Margins > Narrow. Or keep margins at 5mm or more; printers cannot print edge to edge.
- 4Every printer has a 3-5mm 'unprintable area'. That is physical, not solvable in software.
When to bring us in
Truly borderless print (flyers, business cards) needs a print shop, not an office printer. We can help decide what stays in-house and what gets outsourced.

- Print job stuck in queue, nothing happensA stuck queue blocks all subsequent prints. Cleaning takes two minutes.
