I pick pages 5-10 but the whole document prints
Almost always you typed the range in the wrong place: in driver properties instead of the application.
Try this first
- 1Set the range in the program you print from (Word, PDF, browser), not in driver properties.
- 2Format: '5-10' for a run, '5,7,9' for individual pages, '5-10,15' for both.
- 3Still wrong? Close and reopen the document. Some documents with section breaks reset numbering at print time.
- 4PDF: check whether the document uses 'logical' numbering (i, ii, iii for the intro); if so, type the physical page number.
When to bring us in
Almost always solvable yourself. Call only if the same document does this every time; then something is wrong in the document itself.
