Email from Outlook prints unexpectedly tiny
Outlook prints HTML mail at whatever scale the sender baked in. Not broken; that is how HTML works.
Try this first
- 1Select the message body, paste into Word, print from there. You control margins and font size.
- 2Or: File > Print > Print Style > 'Memo Style' and check 'fit to page' in the printer properties.
- 3Newsletters often print tiny? Forward to yourself and print from the browser; that scales predictably.
- 4On Mac/Apple Mail: File > Print > scale to 100% or fit to page.
When to bring us in
Not really our work; this is Outlook plus HTML. But if you print from Outlook all day and it costs time, we can wire up a Word-shortcut workflow.
