Our messages get flagged as 'possibly misleading' due to the sender name
Sometimes a sender name like 'Microsoft Support' or a bank-style term sits on top of your own domain. Spam filters react sharply to that.
Try this first
- 1Check the sender name as recipients see it, not only the address. Keep it to your own company name, nothing more.
- 2Avoid brand names, words like 'support' or 'security', and currency symbols in the name.
- 3For signatures: stick to one consistent name format across all mailboxes.
- 4In standalone campaigns: make clear in the first lines which company is sending.
