Our messages get flagged as 'possibly misleading' due to the sender name

Sometimes a sender name like 'Microsoft Support' or a bank-style term sits on top of your own domain. Spam filters react sharply to that.

Try this first

  1. 1Check the sender name as recipients see it, not only the address. Keep it to your own company name, nothing more.
  2. 2Avoid brand names, words like 'support' or 'security', and currency symbols in the name.
  3. 3For signatures: stick to one consistent name format across all mailboxes.
  4. 4In standalone campaigns: make clear in the first lines which company is sending.

When to bring us in
