Muting fast without hunting for the call app.
Muting in one second matters more than a pretty UI. Hotkeys or a physical headset mute button beat finding the Teams/Zoom button with a mouse.
Try this first
- 1Teams: Ctrl+Shift+M, Zoom: Alt+A, Google Meet: Ctrl+D. Memorize or sticker.
- 2Enable push-to-talk if you mostly listen and seldom speak.
- 3A headset with a physical mute button helps a lot (Jabra Evolve, Poly Voyager have this).
- 4Streamdeck or macro pad for heavy users, mute on one button with LED feedback.
When to bring us in
