Voicemail-to-email is not arriving
The voicemail server sends a mail with an audio attachment. If it does not arrive, it is almost always a spam filter or wrong address.
Try this first
- 1Check your spam folder. Voicemail mails come from senders like noreply@-something, which filters often flag.
- 2Ask us or your admin which mail address is tied to your extension; an old one may still be in there.
- 3Test by calling your own extension and leaving a message. If no mail arrives after 1-2 minutes, it is a routing issue.
- 4Some PBX systems send audio in WAV only; check that your mail client opens it.
When to bring us in
Send us your extension number and the time of the test recording; we can confirm whether the PBX even sent the message.
