Work and personal apps blur together on the same phone
Android Enterprise and iOS-with-Intune can enforce a work profile, isolating business apps in a separate container.
Try this first
- 1Android: Settings > Work profile. If it is missing, the device is not enrolled as managed. Ask your admin for enrolment.
- 2iOS: managed apps show a briefcase badge or appear under 'Business' in the Settings app. If you do not see this, the MDM profile is missing.
- 3Avoid syncing work files to your personal OneDrive: sign out of your personal account inside the work Microsoft apps.
- 4Copy-paste from work to personal often gets blocked. That is policy, not a bug.
When to bring us in
If the work profile will not activate or the MDM invite stalls, it is enrolment or licensing; we can see that in the tenant.
