Use Microsoft Teams Phone with a Dutch mobile (06) number.
Teams Phone with a 06 number runs via Operator Connect (KPN, Odido, etc offer it) or Direct Routing with a SIP provider. For SMB, Operator Connect is least work: carrier provides numbers, you link them in Teams Admin Center. Customers see your 06 regardless of where you call from: Teams on laptop, Teams app on phone, or a Teams desk phone.
Try this first
- 1Licence check: Teams Phone Standard required (not in basic Business plans, usually add-on).
- 2Pick an Operator Connect provider, request new numbers or port existing ones.
- 3Teams Admin Center > Voice > Phone numbers, assign to users.
- 4Test: call from Teams on laptop, customer sees 06; call from Teams on phone, same; call via the carrier mobile app, customer sees a different number (that is parallel mobile).
