I get the same notification twice: on phone and laptop
Teams, Outlook, and WhatsApp Business can push to multiple devices simultaneously. There is a setting for that.
Try this first
- 1In Teams: Settings > Notifications > 'Notify me on the phone only when I am inactive on the laptop'. Stops double pushes.
- 2In Outlook: disable phone alerts while you are at the desk, or use the focus-hours setting.
- 3On iOS: Focus modes can mute apps on one device while another is active.
- 4WhatsApp Business: only the most recently active device gets notifications; confirm which one that is.
When to bring us in
If everything still doubles, sync is broken; flag it and we will check the tenant.
