Try this first
- 1Decide: one mobile with the Business app, or a team inbox via a BSP (Trengo, Sleekflow, 360dialog).
- 2Do not run the same number as WhatsApp and primary phone in the same app, it conflicts.
- 3Set hours and auto-reply clearly or customers expect 24/7 response.
- 4Retention and GDPR: chats fall under the same retention as other customer communication.
