Cisco Webex Calling or Microsoft Teams Phone for an NL SMB?

For SMB already running M365, Teams Phone is the default. Webex is stronger on call-center features and for orgs already on Cisco network and handsets.

  4. 4In both cases ask if the partner has experience porting from your current provider
