Set up a conference bridge for client meetings or board calls.

Many cloud PBXs include a conference bridge with a fixed number and PIN. For video, Teams or Zoom makes more sense, for pure audio dial-ins the PBX bridge is fine.

Try this first

  1. 1Create a PBX conference room with host PIN and participant PIN.
  2. 2Attach a fixed number or extension to the room.
  3. 3Enable join announcement, otherwise people do not know if they are in.
  4. 4Test with 3 participants, some bridges have a licence cap you only discover live.

When to bring us in

International participants: arrange local toll-in numbers or switch to Teams/Zoom bridge, dialling internationally to an NL bridge gets expensive.
