Scan-to-SMB fails after Windows update
SMBv1 is off, older MFPs only speak v1.
Try this first
- 1Update MFP firmware to SMBv2/v3
- 2Otherwise dedicated SMBv1 share on NAS, not file server
- 3Service account with write-only on scan folder
When to bring us in
No SMBv2 support on MFP, use scan-to-FTP or scan-to-mail as bridge.
