Windows 11 doesn't find printer via IPP Everywhere
mDNS / Bonjour required for discovery, blocked by VLAN.
Try this first
- 1Windows: check Bonjour Print Services or mDNSResponder
- 2VLAN: mDNS relay (Avahi) between client and printer
- 3Or add IPP URL manually: ipp://ip/ipp/print
