Try this first
- 1First check the refund slip: is there an approval code?
- 2No approval code means the refund was never accepted, redo it
- 3With approval code: 1-5 working days, depends on customer bank
- 4Customer in store? Show the slip, that is proof it was sent
- 5Do not refund again manually or you double the credit
When to bring us in
Approval code confirmed but nothing after 5 working days? Customer must raise it with their own bank as a chargeback.
