Try this first

  1. 1First check the refund slip: is there an approval code?
  2. 2No approval code means the refund was never accepted, redo it
  3. 3With approval code: 1-5 working days, depends on customer bank
  4. 4Customer in store? Show the slip, that is proof it was sent
  5. 5Do not refund again manually or you double the credit

When to bring us in

Approval code confirmed but nothing after 5 working days? Customer must raise it with their own bank as a chargeback.
