Terminal stuck rebooting.
Reset varies per brand, factory reset wipes MID config and stops sales.
Try this first
- 1Do NOT press factory reset, it wipes the MID link
- 2Power off 30 seconds, remove battery if removable
- 3Test off the POS: only power and network, then restart
- 4Call acquirer support for a remote re-injection
- 5Use a SumUp or Zettle as backup terminal if you have one
When to bring us in
Loop persists after 24 hours and re-injection fails? Request replacement terminal and migrate MID to the new serial.
