Cloud needs reliable internet plus 4G failover, local-only loses multi-store sync.

- 2Cloud only with 4G failover router, otherwise outages stop sales
- 3Local-only runs offline but cannot sync with other locations
- 4Multi-store or webshop integration: cloud is essentially required
- 5Keep Z reports stored locally as backup, even in cloud setup
