Set up Apple Business Manager (ABM) for an SMB with ten to fifty iPhones.
ABM is free and links new Apple devices to your MDM (Intune, Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji) automatically. Without ABM each device needs manual setup, with ABM it rolls out itself. You need a KVK, a D-U-N-S number, and a verifier (someone in your company who is not the applicant).
Try this first
- 1Apply at business.apple.com, enter the KVK, Apple looks up D-U-N-S itself (free request at Dun & Bradstreet).
- 2Set up a verifier, this is a second person Apple calls to confirm, not yourself.
- 3Link the MDM server in ABM (Settings > MDM Servers), upload the token in Intune or Jamf.
- 4Add Apple Reseller IDs from your supplier (Coolblue Business, MacXtra, Amac Business, Centralpoint) so new iPhones land in ABM directly.
When to bring us in
We can run the ABM request, place the verifier role with you, and set up the MDM link to your reseller. Expect roughly a week before ABM is fully live.
