AirDrop between work and personal iPhone does not work
MDM often blocks AirDrop, or both phones are set to Contacts Only.
Try this first
- 1Settings, General, AirDrop, set Everyone for 10 minutes
- 2Enable Bluetooth and wifi on both devices
- 3Try the transfer again
- 4Ask IT if option is greyed out, MDM is blocking
