Presence stuck on away or offline
Presence can get sticky with multiple clients or a hung session. Calendar status can also override it.
Try this first
- 1Close all Teams clients including on phone
- 2Wait 10 minutes and open desktop client first
- 3Reset status manually to Available
- 4Check calendar for wrong all-day events forcing status
