Polls in Teams meeting fail to load
Polls run on Forms underneath. If Forms is disabled in admin or your account lacks the license, it stays empty.
Try this first
- 1Open forms.office.com and sign in to verify Forms works
- 2Ask IT to confirm Forms is enabled tenant-wide
- 3In the meeting, re-add the Polls app
- 4Test polls in a trial meeting
When to bring us in
If Forms works outside Teams but not in a meeting.
