An appointment shows up one hour off in my calendar

Almost always a time-zone mismatch between organiser and you, or a laptop with a drifting system time.

Try this first

  1. 1Verify the system time-zone on both your laptop and your phone. Both must be right, ideally on 'set automatically'.
  2. 2Open the meeting and check which time-zone it carries. Sometimes it shows GMT instead of Amsterdam.
  3. 3Travel case: set your time-zone to the destination before you travel, otherwise meetings shift twice.
  4. 4For recurring meetings, ask the organiser to create one new series after fixing their own time-zone.

When to bring us in

If everything checks out but the meeting still drifts, the issue lives in the invite history. Forward the invite and we will take a look.
