Invitees accept my meeting but I see no status update
If reply mails are filtered out or the organiser disabled 'request responses', the status stays blank.
Try this first
- 1Open the meeting in your calendar and check 'Request Responses' was on when sending. Without it, replies are not tallied.
- 2Ask one invitee to resend their response via the original invite, not by accepting a new one.
- 3Look in your inbox or search for 'Accepted:' to find loose response mails.
- 4For future meetings: leave 'Request Responses' on and avoid editing the meeting later from another device.
When to bring us in
If it keeps happening for multiple colleagues, a server-side rule or sync issue may be at play. Send us an example.

- Outlook crashes or freezes on large attachmentsUsually the mailbox cache is the culprit, not Outlook itself. Shrinking or relocating usually helps within ten minutes.
- Teams: they cannot hear me, or I hear nothingIn our experience Teams usually picked the wrong audio device after a Windows update or a new headset.
- OneDrive has stopped syncingThe cloud icon is grey or has a warning. Locally changed files are not showing up for colleagues.
