Request to stream a meeting or all-hands internally to departments
A live stream to internal channels runs via Microsoft Teams Live Events, Zoom Webinar or Stream. The right choice depends on your primary platform and how interactive the stream should be.
Try this first
- 1Decide if the stream must be interactive with Q&A and chat, or watch-only.
- 2For Microsoft 365, a Teams Live Event or a Town Hall in Teams is the shortest route, scales to tens of thousands of viewers.
- 3For Zoom, a Zoom Webinar covers large groups with chat and Q&A.
- 4For on-demand viewing, recording plus publishing to Stream or SharePoint suffices.
- 5First time, run a small test stream, otherwise the all-hands becomes a tech discussion.
- 6Communicate link and start time well ahead and ensure moderators have role rights on the platform.
When to bring us in
For recurring streams or an internal studio, Vectel can set up the kit and run-book so IT does not panic each time.

- Remote people feel left out in hybrid meetings.Parity is not luck. Camera, mic and facilitation must treat remote attendees equally.
- Camera does not capture everyone around the table.Focal length, placement and auto-framing decide whether the whole table is visible.
- We want to show both the whiteboard and the people.A content camera on the board, a people camera on the table. Two streams.
