Meeting starts and the room is not ready, screen off or mic broken

A readiness check does not fix this by itself, but it gives you a morning list of rooms needing attention. Without it, you stay reactive.

Try this first

  1. 1In the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro or Logitech Sync management portal, enable health-check reporting.
  2. 2Plan a morning check where facility or IT addresses anomalies before the first meeting.
  3. 3Document what you always check, controller status, microphone, camera, screen, calendar link, that prevents forgetting.
  4. 4For rooms without portal link, plan a physical round, five minutes per room.
  5. 5Define escalation, who is alerted when a room is red and on which channel.
  6. 6Plan a monthly report, that shows recurring room failures.
