Meeting starts and the room is not ready, screen off or mic broken
A readiness check does not fix this by itself, but it gives you a morning list of rooms needing attention. Without it, you stay reactive.
Try this first
- 1In the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro or Logitech Sync management portal, enable health-check reporting.
- 2Plan a morning check where facility or IT addresses anomalies before the first meeting.
- 3Document what you always check, controller status, microphone, camera, screen, calendar link, that prevents forgetting.
- 4For rooms without portal link, plan a physical round, five minutes per room.
- 5Define escalation, who is alerted when a room is red and on which channel.
- 6Plan a monthly report, that shows recurring room failures.
