Try this first
- 1Check Bluetooth class, class 1 has more range than class 2.
- 2Use a DECT headset for people who truly walk around (Poly Savi, Jabra Engage 65/75).
- 3Aim the base station antenna and do not bury it behind monitors.
- 4Walk the building in pre-sales with a test unit, do not compare datasheets.
