Can I port a single number out of a block?
Sometimes, sometimes not, depends on block type and old operator.
Try this first
- 1Geographic block of 10 or 100: partial porting usually allowed
- 2088 corporate number block: often only the whole block can port
- 3Ask old operator for written confirmation upfront
- 4If unsure, run parallel new numbers + temporary forwarding

Forced full block port but you only want one? Negotiate or file ACM complaint.
