Acquirer says MID does not match serial.
MID is tied to terminal serial, on relocation or swap it needs reactivation.
Try this first
- 1Gather: MID number, old serial, new serial
- 2Call acquirer support, request MID reactivation on the new serial
- 3Have KvK number and contract details ready for verification
- 4Reactivation takes 1-4 hours, do not transact immediately
- 5Test with a small amount before serving customers
