MID is tied to terminal serial, on relocation or swap it needs reactivation.

Try this first

  1. 1Gather: MID number, old serial, new serial
  2. 2Call acquirer support, request MID reactivation on the new serial
  3. 3Have KvK number and contract details ready for verification
  4. 4Reactivation takes 1-4 hours, do not transact immediately
  5. 5Test with a small amount before serving customers
