Lightspeed POS used offline mode but is not syncing back.

Offline transactions sit in a local queue. Conflicts with stock or customer records that changed in between block the sync.

Try this first

  1. 1Stabilise connectivity before forcing a sync
  2. 2Find the first failed transaction in the POS log
  3. 3Resolve the conflict (stock, price, customer) manually
  4. 4Let the queue replay after that

When to bring us in

Many transactions stuck for days: call Lightspeed support for a server-side replay, do not poke the DB yourself.
