Lightspeed POS used offline mode but is not syncing back.
Offline transactions sit in a local queue. Conflicts with stock or customer records that changed in between block the sync.
Try this first
- 1Stabilise connectivity before forcing a sync
- 2Find the first failed transaction in the POS log
- 3Resolve the conflict (stock, price, customer) manually
- 4Let the queue replay after that
