Pull allergen info from the POS for guests.

EU rules: the 14 main allergens must be available to guests. In the POS you tag each dish with allergens, and your POS or QR menu shows them. A paper menu with footnotes is allowed too, but must be current.

Try this first

  1. 1Add an allergen field per dish in POS (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.).
  2. 2Show them on the QR menu or tablet, not just on request.
  3. 3Update on every recipe change, not later.
  4. 4Train servers: when in doubt, call the kitchen, do not guess.
