Table management gets stuck on busy nights.

With 30+ tables and rotating seating you need a POS floor plan with status (free, ordered, paid). Servers see on tablet what to bring. If not, the host runs around chasing.

Try this first

  1. 1Make a separate floor plan per area, terrace included.
  2. 2Set status colours: green free, orange ordered, red overdue.
  3. 3Give each server their own tablet, not just one central till.
  4. 4Run a weekly 'what took too long' review with the team.

When to bring us in

Still slow: ask if your POS has a kitchen display system (KDS). It helps a lot at volume.
