Camera photos do not land in OneDrive
Camera upload must be enabled explicitly, often per account.
Try this first
- 1Open OneDrive app, Settings, Camera Upload
- 2Enable for work account (not personal)
- 3Pick wifi-only or also mobile data
- 4Wait for the first batch to finish
