External guest cannot access shared Teams team
Guests get stuck on tenant-level policies or need to accept invitation in the right tab. Usually a combination.
Try this first
- 1Have IT confirm guest access is enabled in Teams admin
- 2Ask the guest to accept the invitation mail again
- 3Have them switch to your tenant via the top-left dropdown
- 4Test by sharing a new channel with that guest
