SharePoint upload fails on a full site
Site collections have a quota independent from OneDrive. Versions and recycle bin count too.
Try this first

- 2Empty both first and second stage recycle bins
- 3Limit version count in version settings per library
- 4Ask IT to raise the quota if legitimately needed
