Cannot associate site with hub
Hub association needs owner rights on both sites and the right tenant policy. Hub count is limited.
Try this first
- 1Confirm you are owner of the site you want to associate
- 2Ask IT if you can perform Hub Site Association
- 3If hubs are full, ask IT to clean up an existing hub
- 4Test associating in incognito to bypass cache
When to bring us in
If rights look correct and association keeps failing.

- Teams: they cannot hear me, or I hear nothingIn our experience Teams usually picked the wrong audio device after a Windows update or a new headset.
- OneDrive has stopped syncingThe cloud icon is grey or has a warning. Locally changed files are not showing up for colleagues.
