Shared mailbox shows but folders stay empty

Auto-mapping adds the mailbox, but without Full Access on subfolders nothing loads. Often a mix of permissions at different levels.

Try this first

  1. 1Ask IT to confirm Full Access plus Send As, not just Send on Behalf
  2. 2Close Outlook, wait a few minutes and reopen so tokens refresh
  3. 3Test in Outlook Web; if it works there, it is local cache
  4. 4Remove and re-add the mailbox manually via account settings
