On-prem changes do not show up in Entra ID
Azure AD Connect can choke on duplicate attributes, certificate expiry or staging mode. Logs usually point at the cause.
Try this first
- 1Open Synchronization Service Manager on the Connect server
- 2Check the last run and read the errors in detail
- 3Resolve duplicates in objectGUID or UPN on the AD side
- 4Force a delta sync after corrections
