VoIP, what is a fair price per user per month

The Dutch VoIP market has many players with comparable pricing. The real cost sits in devices, integrations, and call bundles.

Try this first

  1. 1Get quotes from at least three NL providers (Voys, Belxs, RoutIT, KPN, Vodafone). Seat price almost always falls in a narrow band. Voys publishes list prices.
  2. 2Separate seat price from call cost. A cheap seat with expensive ticks can come out higher than a more expensive seat with a generous bundle. Run the math on actual call minutes from last quarter.
  3. 3Count handsets separately. A Yealink T31G is cheap, a T54W with screen is different. Or no handset: softphone on laptop and mobile only saves directly.
  4. 4Ask about integrations. Teams Direct Routing, MS Phone System, or a CRM hook often costs extra. For a sales team with HubSpot the markup is worth it, for a five-person office usually not.
  5. 5Check contract length and cancellation. A yearly contract is normal, three years you should not sign. A provider unwilling to confirm pricing for a year is a warning sign.
