Our IP is on a blocklist (Spamhaus, Barracuda)
Spamhaus or Barracuda listings block mail at many large receivers. Delisting works, but find the cause first.
Try this first
- 1Check mxtoolbox for which RBLs list your IP
- 2Open the RBL and read why (spam, open relay, compromised account)
- 3Fix the root cause before requesting delisting, or you'll be back on immediately
- 4Request delisting via the RBL's form
