On cross-tenant collaboration we can't see each other's availability
Free/busy between Microsoft 365 tenants needs an organisation relationship or cross-tenant access policy.
Try this first
- 1In M365 admin: configure organisation relationship with the other tenant
- 2Set free/busy access scope (per user or whole tenant)
- 3Test by inviting someone from the other tenant to a meeting
- 4Allow up to 24 hours for replication

For long-term collaboration, consider Entra ID guest users, free/busy then works natively.
