Invitees accept the meeting, but the organiser doesn't see the response

Tracking info goes missing on forwards, replies from a different account, or cross-tenant without federation.

Try this first

  1. 1Ask the invitee whether they forwarded the meeting, that breaks tracking
  2. 2Confirm the response comes from the invited account, not a delegate
  3. 3Cross-tenant: federation/free-busy must be enabled between tenants
  4. 4In Outlook: View > Tracking to see all responses

When to bring us in

On shared calendars, tracking lands in the organiser mailbox, not the delegate.
