A meeting room accepts double bookings or rejects everything
Room mailboxes have booking policies. Default is AutoAccept, but settings can be reversed.
Try this first
- 1Open Exchange admin > Resources > Rooms
- 2Check 'Booking options': AutoAccept on, no conflicts allowed
- 3Set working days and hours so out-of-hours requests are rejected
- 4Test with a sample booking, check the room calendar accepts it
