Can someone read my payment or access card unnoticed?

NFC skimming exists, but range is centimeters. Payment cards: max contactless limit. Access cards (mifare classic): real risk.

Try this first

  1. 1Sensitive access card in RFID blocker sleeve
  2. 2Access control: replace old mifare classic with DESFire EV2/EV3
  3. 3Don't keep work badge and payment card in same sleeve
  4. 4Lost: block at facility immediately
